Another week, another short-handed episode of Jumping the Shark, as Danielle heads back out on the road. We’re thinking of putting out a missing person’s photo, just to be on the safe side. But never fear, Bill, Brandon, and I keep the countdown to 100 episodes rolling with a show about game length. Can a game be too long, regardless of how good it is? Before that, however, Bill tells us just how punishingly hard Dark Souls is, Brandon throws Spider-Man: Edge of Time a left hook and talks about throwing robots around in Solatorobo: Red the Hunter, and I talk about my initial hours with NBA 2k12. Enjoy the show!

Todd Brakke

Todd was born in Ann Arbor, with a Michigan helmet in one hand and a mouse in the other. (Never you mind the logistics of this.) He grew, vertically anyway, and is a 20-year publishing veteran as an editor of books on consumer tech and professional development for educators. Because that wasn't enough of a challenge, Todd was a 20-year part-time snob about video games, writing reviews, features, and more for multiple outlets from 1997-2015.
